I've run a bakery. I spent 10 years managing craft beer operations. I've been the person everyone asks, the person holding the whole thing together with sticky notes, spreadsheets, and a lot of “I'll remember that.”
I've worked inside businesses where the systems were pieced together as they grew, where too much lived in one person's head, processes changed depending on who was doing the work, and taking a vacation felt nearly impossible. That's where Good Roost comes in.
I take what I've learned from years of making complicated operations work and use it to help business owners build systems that don't depend on one person holding everything together.
